Flaherty Brothers Construction was tasked with the demolishing and removal of an existing 24,000 sq.ft. composition shingle roof system. The project required full tie-off and was completed within two weeks.

Flaherty Brothers Construction was tasked with the removal and decommissioning of a 12-year-old 470 Kilowatt solar system to make way for a new Fiber-Tite Single-Ply roof system on the 250,000 sq.ft. roof. The entire solar system and utility interconnection were decommissioned and removed from the building in less than two weeks.

The project consists of a 5,500’ Sq/Ft Tenant Improvement for a sensory deprivation float tank facility. Flaherty Brothers Construction demolished the existing space down to studs and designed & built the facility in (90) days.
